The Carroll Health Center is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility offering serene surroundings in a quiet neighborhood of private homes.  The spacious rooms are occupied by one, two or three residents.  The warm cheerful atmosphere provides a relaxed setting where you can meet new people and renew old friendships.
     At the Health Center, an interdisciplinary team of professionals strives to provide quality care with a personal touch.  The caregivers at the Health Center consistently receive excellent state surveys and was rated deficiency free in 2003.  The Health Center was listed in "The Best of Iowa Nursing Homes" by America's Guide to Nursing Homes (1998).  The Health Center was also the winner of The Iowa Health Care Association Quality award (2001).
