The Carroll Health Center is a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility offering serene surrounding in a quiet neighborhood of private homes. Our staff is dedicated to enriching the lives of our senior residents and their families. We’d welcome you to stop by and visit us, or give us a call if you have any questions.
